Unfortunately I am unable to exchange or refund products if you change your mind. However, if you ordered the wrong size just send me an email or phone me and I'll be happy to find a solution for you.

All purchases are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. This guarantees that all goods purchased for personal use may be returned under particular conditions. I am happy to replace, repair or offer you a refund of the purchase price of any item that is faulty.
